Abstract

Abstract : The concentration impedance originating from diffusion and reactant conversion impedance of the Ni-YSZ supported fuel electrode in solid oxide cell has been treated many times during the latest couple of decades. In spite of this, the separation of the diffusion impedance from the conversion impedance is still not trivial. Therefore, combined theoretical and experimental methods available for breakdown of the concentration impedance are outlined and discussed.
