- Abstract: Hybrid Metal Matrix Nano Composites (HMMNCs) are obtaining large applications in aerospace, marine, defense, and automobile markets due to their high stiffness, high strength-to-volume portion, deterioration resistance, and exceptional wear resistance. Nanohybrid materials are typically selected for engineering applications since they have a correct organization of mechanical qualities. Today enhancement of nanohybrid composites has transformed into a substantial area of a research study in materials and manufacturing science. In my research study, the AA 7075 improved with 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0 wt. % of nano- Al2 O3 (20-30nm), Nano SiC (50nm) and also 1 wt. % of Mg (micro) to make the hybrid metal matrix composite. The existing research is concentrated on establishing the physical and mechanical characteristics of Aluminium 7075 in the presence of nano -Al2 O3 and Nano silicon carbide in the melt. The reinforcement fragments boosted from 1 to 4 Wt. % and stir casting approach are executed for the production of Al-based metal matrix nanocomposites. The tribological behavior of nanocomposites such as Friction coefficient, wear resistance, wear rate and weight-loss examination are assessed using a pin on disc apparatus. Wear properties like wear rate and friction coefficient of AA7075 minimizes the increase of Al2 O3 and SiC powder.
