Abstract

Abstract: Atopic dermatitis (AD) has been previously associated with migraine headaches in paediatric and adolescent populations, though there is less evidence for this relationship among adults. In this cross-sectional study, we investigated the association between AD and migraine among a cohort of US adults in the All of Us research programme. After controlling for common comorbidities, we found that adults with AD were 89% more likely to have a diagnosis of migraine (OR = 1·89, P < 0·001). Abstract : In this cross-sectional study, we investigate the association between atopic dermatitis and migraine among a cohort of US adults in the All of Us research program. Adults with AD were 89% more likely to have a diagnosis of migraine (OR 1.89, P < 0.001) after controlling for common comorbidities.
