Abstract

Highlights: Rosai-Dorfman-Disease (RDD) is a rare histiocytic disorder and unique in jaws. We report first case of extranodal RDD in a child of ∼3 years of age. Sheets of histiocytes with multinucleation and emperipolesis is a hallmark of the disease.
