Abstract: The synthesis of water soluble highly pre-organized Tris-tertiary Amine CycloTriVeratrilene (TACTV) derivatives was developed. A semi-orthogonally protected derivative allowed one pot sequential introduction of different peptide loops toward the molecular construction of synthetic antibody protein mimics.
