- Abstract: In this technical communique, we propose a novel observer-based adaptive scheme to deal with the parameter estimation problem of biased sinusoidal signals. Different from the existing adaptive frequency estimation scheme, the proposed scheme can achieve fixed-time frequency estimation, whose convergence time is independent of the initial errors. Simulation example with different initial values shows the effectiveness of the theoretical result.
