Abstract : Implementation of 'Cake Thursday' as a team bonding and morale-boosting exercise. Abstract : Staff wellbeing is important for good team working. This project describes a simple wellbeing initiative in a neonatal unit that has had a positive impact and is an idea that can be shared.
