- Abstract : Semiconductor Devices In article 2208698, Janio Venturini, Tom Nilges, and co‐workers report on the first position‐ and direction‐flexible diode made solely from Ag18 Cu3 Te11 Cl3 . A temperature gradient of a few degrees around room temperature is sufficient to switch between p‐ and n‐type conduction, controlling the existence, position, and current flow direction in the device.
