Abstract

Abstract: The study was to show the relationship between the community structure of phytoplankton and the associated environmental factors, based on Shannon-Weiner index, classification of phytoplankton community and CCA analysis and other methods in Jinan Region in May 2018. We identified 39 phytoplankton species in spring. The average values of phytoplankton number, densitiy, Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou index was 7.00, 4.63 × 10 5 cells/L, 2.80 and 0.76 in spring, respectively. CCA analysis results showed that phytoplankton community structure was largely determined by the interactions between CODMn in spring in Jinan Region.
