- Abstract : Abstract: Concomitant chorioretinal folds with disc edema can be seen in cases of thyroid eye disease presenting with compressive optic neuropathy and may portend optic nerve ischemia. We describe an unusual case of a 64-year-old man who developed partial vision loss after orbital decompression.
