Abstract : (Abstracted from Fertil Steril 2022;118(4):724–736) Although preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy increases the likelihood of live birth per embryo transfer in in vitro fertilization, a euploid embryo does not guarantee success. Endometrial factors including timing transfer during the "implantation window" contribute to the likelihood of achieving pregnancy.
