Abstract

Abstract : Cover : In this issue, Santiago et al ., describe using NeuroPAL, a recently developed transgene that fluorescently labels each of the 118 classes of neurons in C. elegans . Images of NeuroPAL labeling of the pre‐anal ganglion of six different animals, illustrating variation in neuron position and coloration. In all panels, anterior is to the left and dorsal is up. The combinations of three landmark NeuroPAL fluorophores are displayed in red, green, and blue. They blend in each neuronal nucleus to generate various hues.
