- Abstract : This paper focuses on the deformation mechanism of aluminum alloy cylinder with multi-level stiffeners in flow spinning. A flow spinning finite element model is established based on ABAQUS software, and the material flowing and damage behavior between different width stiffeners were analyzed. The research results can provide guidance for spinning process of aluminum alloy cylinder with multi-level stiffeners.
