Abstract

Abstract: This case study focuses on the importance of library liaison and teaching faculty collaborations, specifically in communication sciences and disorders. The ongoing, three-year collaboration emphasized enhancing Communication Sciences and Disorders curricula to facilitate students in acquiring the necessary research skills during their first-, second-, and third-year of undergraduate studies so that they can efficiently transition to graduate school and then to function as skilled clinicians who comprehend, value, and utilize research skills that support them using evidence-based practice.
