Abstract

Abstract : General‐Purpose Ultrasound Neuromodulation Systems In article number 2202345, Jeongyeon Kim, Hyunjoo J. Lee, and co‐workers present a microelectromechanical system (MEMS)‐based ultrasound neuromodulation system for freely behaving mice that is capable of simultaneous artifact‐free neural recording. The proposed system is implemented in sleep‐state monitoring and demonstrates rapid‐eye movement (REM) sleep modulation and short‐term spatial working memory improvements in REM sleep‐deprived mice.
