Abstract

Abstract : The stability control system is the second defense line of the power system, and the test before applying the stability control system is a key link to ensure the performance of the system. Since the configuration and strategy of the standardized stability control system are related through the setting of fixed value items, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the coupling between different application scenarios, different operation modes, and different stability control strategies to verify the functions of each device. Starting from the design concept and function of the standardized stability control system, this paper introduces the test scheme of the standardized stability control system from three aspects: monomer test, static test, and strategy verification test. Besides, the test platform of the stability control system based on RTDS is built, which lays the foundation for the stability control test and ensures that the standardized stability control system meets the requirements of regulations and specifications.
