Abstract

Abstract : In order to better evaluate the electrical life state of circuit breaker, a 110kV SF6 circuit breaker was carried out for simulated ablation tests, and closing pre-strike duration was measured during ablation. The results show that with the progress of ablation, the pre-strike duration of closing process increases in the first, and then tends to saturation, while the whole curve presents a certain fluctuation. The experimental results have a positive effect on the evaluation of the electrical life state of the circuit breaker in operation.
