- Abstract : Memristor Devices In article number 2100751, Andrei Ionut Mardare and colleagues exploited the electrical version of Rayleigh‐Taylor effect during anodization of an ultra‐thin Hf film superimposed on Ta. The resulting nanostructured composite oxides were used as active layers for memristive devices. The improved memristive performance, related to conductive filaments pinning by the nanostructured composite oxide, suggests a novel in‐situ fabrication approach for future defect‐engineered electronics.
