Abstract

Abstract: Regional anesthesia can be a very safe option in patients with limb girdle muscular dystrophy undergoing lower abdominal surgeries as general anesthesia and volatile anesthetic agents are associated with increased risk of malignant hyperthermia and rhabdomyolysis.
