- Abstract : Piezoelectric Electronics In article number 2201630, Zhigao Hu, Zengfeng Di, and co‐workers demonstrate the synthesis of 2D Mo1− x W x S2 alloy with variable W concentrations. By precisely tuning the fraction of W close to that of Mo, the Mo0.46 W0.54 S2 alloy has the highest configurational entropy and the best piezoelectric properties among Mo1− x W x S2 ‐type alloys with different compositions.
