Abstract

Abstract : DOI: 10.1002/elps.202000116 The cover picture shows the voltage controller used in a microchip capillary electrophoresis (MCE) sensor developed for the dairy industry. The foreground features the MCE system, containing a glass microchip, four platinum electrodes, and detection electronics below. The background shows the voltage sequencer applying the corresponding voltages to the numbered electrodes. The inset shows the result of the MCE applied voltages, where a small milk sample is separated and directed to the optical detector. In this study, the milk is being inspected for antibiotic traces which are harmful to human health.
