- Abstract: This study introduces appreciative inquiry (AI), a method of inquiry that promotes change through exploration of constructive possibilities, as an approach for course evaluation. Results demonstrate how AI motivated a cohort of 10 counseling students in the Bahamas to collaborate in course evaluation and continuous improvement of courses.
