- Abstract: Based on the response surface design theory, the rejuvenated asphalt fatigue life prediction model under rejuvenator and reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP) was established. The fatigue performance of rejuvenated asphalt under different stress conditions was evaluated by dynamic shear rheometer (DSR). The results implied that the reliability of the modulus control method index( N f 50 ) is better than the Dissipated Energy Ratio( N D R ), followed by the Cumulative Dissipated Energy Ratio( N D E R ). Subsequently, with N f 50 as the response value, the fatigue life prediction equation of recycled asphalt was fitted by the Design-Expert software. The mathematical model analysis and R 2 comprehensive analysis were conducted. The mixture test results showed that the rejuvenator had a good interaction with RAP, and the high dosage of RAP was more sensitive to the change of the rejuvenator. The fatigue life of rejuvenated asphalt decreased gradually with the increase of the content of the rejuvenator at 25 °C.
