- Abstract: The friction welding procedure is used to combine two separate solid state components that are dissimilar to one another (FWP). High molecular strengths and low corrosion resistance are determined by this technique. For the experimental investigation, pieces of titanium and hardened steel were utilized. The international standards and welding practices served as the basis for the welding parameters. The microstructure data are used to determine the experimental outcomes, which show well expanded shaped and less void erections. The excellent molecular junctions and few fractures visible in the pictures are demonstrated by SEM data. Analytical research processes adhered to the same kinds of rules. ANSYS Workbench is used to do analytical research. Results from statistics are displayed in equivalent stress of 25.62 MPa. 10.05 % of the total deformation is different from the experimental comparison. Aerodynamic applications are applicable to this investigation.
