Abstract

Highlights: People with AKI who developed COVID-19 are at high risk of worse outcomes. Paxlovid can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay in AKI patients with COVID-19. Early treatment of Paxlovid may accelerate viral elimination, shorten hospital stay, and improve outcome in patients with AKI.
