Abstract

Abstract : Messages from the cell : The cover picture honors the sensitivity of nitroxide labels combined with EPR spectroscopy in reporting on protein structure dynamics inside bacterial cells. We have demonstrated, in particular, that NarJ protein can be investigated at room temperature within 15 minutes, conditions that allow the preservation of both cell integrity and the activity of the protein under investigation.
