- Abstract: Composite materials are made up of two or more elements, one of which is in the matrix phase and the other in the particle or fiber form. Natural or synthetic fibers have found important applications in a range of areas, including building, mechanical, car, aerospace, biomedical, and marine. The most recent research is helping to build hybrid composites that combine natural and synthetic fibers. The finite element analysis of a hybrid composite made up of banana and basalt fibers is investigated in this paper. To find the stress properties, the material was modeled as a representative volume element using appropriate assumptions and analyzed using the finite element method with COMSOL software. The finite element values are acceptable with suitable assumptions, and the created hybrid composite can be employed for structural engineering applications, according to the findings.
