- Abstract: Primary cardiac alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma (ARMS) is an extremely rare malignant tumor with dismal prognosis. We herein report a case of right atrial ARMS in a 63‐year‐old female with intermittent dizziness. Complete surgical resection of the mass was performed and the postoperative histopathologic examination confirmed ARMS. The patient received adjuvant therapy after surgery and was doing well at 1‐year follow‐up.
