- Abstract : Sars‐CoV‐2 Diagnostics A strategy for capturing, isolating, and concentrating SARS‐CoV‐2 virus particles from clinical samples with relatively lower viral load via a genetically engineered bacterial biofilm complex to effectively detect using Laminar Flow Assays (LFA) is proposed by Urartu Özgür Şafak Şeker and co‐workers in article number 2201126 . The complex structure harboring Griffithsin, showed strong capability to concentrate lower virus concentrations so that they can be detected in antigen tests (LFA) following treatment with biofilm complex.
