- Abstract : Back Cover In article number 2200646, Lee, Wang, and co‐workers present solid‐state molecular photodiode devices constructed by forming van der Waals heterojunctions with standard molecules and a 2D semiconductor. Depending on the molecular dipole moment directions, the interfacial band alignment with WSe2 can be modulated, leading to the opposite change of both rectifying and photo‐responsive characteristics. Furthermore, they exhibit significantly enhanced photo‐responsive performances compared with other molecular or 2D photodiodes at a similar scale.
