Abstract

Abstract : A 46-year-old man presented with a 5-year history of fatigue, frequent painful muscular spasms in the extremities, and tingling sensations in the hands and feet. His medical history consisted of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, a cervical Mycobacterium avium lymphadenitis during childhood and lateral ligament reconstruction of both ankles after trauma.
