Abstract

Highlights: A total of 4/1042 essential tremor cases were identified with pathogenic GIPC1 CGG expansions. Incomplete penetrance of GICP1 repeat expansions was observed in our study. CGG repeat expansions of GIPC1 were not related to essential tremor.
