- Abstract : The Cover Feature reveals the challenges magnesium‐ion batteries face in reaching lithium‐ion battery technology, including finding the appropriate electrolyte, improving divalent‐ion diffusion, and finding the appropriate electrode materials. Mixed metal‐organic frameworks were synthesized in one‐pot and investigated as a possible semi‐solid electrolyte enabling the reversible magnesium deposition/stripping process.
