- ABSTRACT: In this work, an efficient synthesis of 3-hydroxy chromones was accomplished through oxidative cyclization mediated by lipase. This enzymatic process has salient features of environmental friendliness, mild reaction condition, satisfactory yield, green reusable biocatalyst, and short reaction time.
