- Abstract : The TRIBE trial compared the FOLFOXIRI regimen plus bevacizumab with FOLFIRI plus bevacizumab in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer. FOLFOXIRI plus bevacizumab is an acceptable therapeutic option, but the results of the TRIBE trial do not establish this regimen as the best treatment option for patients with metastatic colorectal cancer.
