Abstract

Abstract : A growing body of evidence suggests that continuing EGFR inhibitors when switching to chemotherapy may not be the right choice for all patients. Nevertheless, a review of recent data about postprogression therapy for patients with EGFR‐mutant lung cancer reveals some important caveats that must be considered when choosing the optimal treatment for patients who have progressed on their initial EGFR inhibitor.
