- Abstract : A premenarcheal girl aged 12 years presented with an abdominopelvic mass and virilisation. A large ovarian cyst was removed at laparotomy. A histological diagnosis of polycystic ovarian syndrome was made, with no evidence of an associated masculinising tumour.
