Abstract

Abstract : A patient with a corrected coarctation of the aorta subsequently developed infective endocarditis on a congenital bicuspid aortic valve. Resolution of the radiographic bone changes of hypertrophic pulmonary osteoarthropathy was demonstrated following treatment of the infection.
