Abstract: Many researchers have examined the reaction of structural elements made of High Strength Concrete (HSC). HSC performance and efficiency under static and impact loading have been improved in the recent years. The objective of this research paper is to analyse the HSC beams incorporated with 30% of Re-Cycled Aggregate (RCA) with partial replacement of coarse aggregate and adding 1% of steel fibres beneath static loading condition and the behaviour is identified. The HSC beam is evaluated with static load condition analytically. A Finite Element Modelling (FEM) with the well-known finite element ANSYS program is proposed for the analyse of HSC beam. The static load will be implemented and the effects will be addressed. The fatigue load is used for the HSC beam efficiency estimation in the model. The S-N Curve for continuous loading of amplitude is defined in fatigue analysis. The ANSYS program was used to investigate the ultimate load and deformation for HSC beams with steel fibres and recycled aggregates under static loading as well as the evolution of the S-N curve during fatigue loading.
