Abstract

Abstract: A highly effective and selective bifunctional cinchona thiourea‐catalyzed new enantioselective Mannich reaction between benzothiazolimines and α‐benzylidene succinimides at allylic site has been developed and a series of chiral benzothiazol succinimides have been successfully prepared in good to excellent yields (up to 92% yield) with high diastereoselectivities (up to>20 : 1) and excellent enantioselectivities (up to>99% ee) under mild conditions Abstract : A bifunctional thiourea ‐catalyzed enantioselective Mannich reaction between benzothiazolimines and α‐benzylidene succinimides was developed and a series of chiral benzothiazol succinimides was successfully prepared under mild conditions.
