- Abstract:
- Abstract : Single crystal X-ray diffraction is currently the most popular method for accurately determining the structure of molecules and is used for samples containing a few to many thousands of atoms in both biology and chemistry. Following data collection, the individual diffraction images need to be processed into a single dataset containing intensity information about all the contributing X-ray reflections.
