- Abstract : Blend nanoparticles, composed of a blend of polymers, serve as a vaccine delivery platform to deliver encapsulated antigens to dendritic cells. On page 690, blend particles control the delivery of antigens to both endolysosomal compartments and cytosolic space. Hong Shen and team show how, by controlling the polymer composition nanoparticles, protein antigens access to both MHC Class I and II antigen presentation pathways, engaging humoral, CD 4+ and CD 8+ T ‐ cell mediated immune responses.
