- Abstract : There is concern that the addition of ovarian function suppression to the endocrine treatment of premenopausal patients with breast cancer will increase nonadherence to treatment in this population. Although nonadherence to oral endocrine therapy was fairly high in the first year in this study, it was not worse when it was combined with endocrine therapy.
