- Key Clinical Message: The combination therapy of Lopinavir/Ritonavir plus Favipiravir might be a treatment option for patients with COVID‐19. Serum ferritin levels and lymphocytopenia are promising markers for disease severity and disease progression that are commonly available in general clinical practice. Abstract : This is the first report to present a promising anti‐viral combination therapy, Lopinavir/Ritonavir plus Favipiravir, for COVID‐19 patients. Serum ferritin levels and lymphocytopenia might be markers for disease severity and disease progression.
