Abstract

Abstract : Chronic pain remains a major burden and is difficult to treat. N-type calcium channels may be a suitable therapeutic target for analgesics, and a new study from Colecraft and colleagues utilizes a clever new way to modulate their expression to achieve therapeutic benefits in preclinical models of neuropathic pain.
