- Abstract : Bismuth Oxyselenide Novel photoinduced quasiparticles, excimers, in the non‐van‐der‐Waals 2D semiconductor Bi2 O2 Se are unambiguously by Jianbo Hu and co‐workers in article number 2204227, identified through analyzing the emerging dynamic features by transient absorption spectra. Excimers in the Bi2 O2 Se nanosheets are diffusive and their formation can be simply described as excitons relaxed to an excimer geometry. This work advances the fundamental understanding of carrier dynamics in Bi2 O2 Se, which may motivate novel device design.
