Abstract

Abstract : (Abstracted from JAMA 2022;327:1171–1176) The US Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) places high value on the right of patients to be informed about and to participate in personal health care decisions. In US health care, this right is regarded as a core value both in terms of decisions regarding prevention and interventions delivered to patients not seeking targeted condition care.
