Abstract

Abstract : Macrophage Polarization In article number 2201957, Xiliang Shang, Shiyi Chen, Jiwu Chen, and co‐workers find that myoblast‐derived exosomes modulate macrophage polarization and contribute to muscle fibrosis within the post‐injury inflammatory environment, while the miRNA inhibitor‐loaded liposomes brake the vicious circle, induce M2 polarization, relieve the inflammatory response, and promote the functional recovery of the injured muscle. The authors provide a strategy for treating muscle injury through designing an M2 polarization‐enabling anti‐inflammatory and miRNA‐based bioactive material.
