- Abstract : Progress is reported in the establishment of a database of genetically determined neurological conditions. There are now 1, 300 conditions and 3, 400 references store on the hard disk of a microcomputer. The database is searched, and a differential diagnosis obtained, by choosing a small number of signs and symptoms from a comprehensive list of cardinal features.
