- Abstract : The synchronous presentation of a primary renal adenocarcinoma and contralateral uretic metastasis is discussed. The pattern of immunohistochemical staining confirmed that the contralateral ureteric obstruction was the result of a metastasis from the primary renal adenocarcinoma.
